2018 Goals Will I, Wont I?
When I meet new Personal Training Clients or meet a new team for Pre-Season training we always start with talking about Goals.
At the moment I am working on my own goals for 2018. I would love to head for the Alps to tackle the grueling Marmotte, but I am also tempted to do another Half Ironman.
Regardless of which I choose, a training plan in the run up to the event will keep my fitness on track over the Winter months.
