My Story
I am the owner/operator of Paul Nevin Fitness since 2011 (previously Busters Bootcamp.)
Throughout my sporting life I have always had a keen interest in the physical conditioning and performance of players/athletes and how this could be improved and optimised.
Over the years I have pursued my education in this broad subject, firstly becoming a certified fitness instructor and then moving on to more advanced qualifications including Strength & Conditioning and Pilates culminating in a MSc Sports Performance from University of Limerick.
At underage level I played hurling, gaelic football and rugby. After representing Munster at youth level, rugby became my chosen sport, both as a player, coach and Strength & Conditioning coach.
Having retired from rugby in 2005 I took up triathlon and cycling and have participated in many triathlons from sprint to half Ironman.
In my spare time I love to travel to warm & windy climates (Lahinch, Castlegregory, Achill!!!!) where I enjoy Surfing & Kitesurfing
